A contact or business card people can save
For a business card, choose Add business details to enter company, job title, website and an optional work address. Choose the phone label that fits your number. The same VCF and QR downloads include these details; this is a digital contact card, not a printable business-card layout.
Enter the details you want to share, create the card and check the preview. Download PNG for screens or SVG for print. The VCF download contains the same vCard data and can be imported into a contacts app. Try a scan and contact import with the devices you intend to use before printing many copies.
Names, privacy and compatibility
The card uses vCard 3.0 with UTF-8 text. The display name is required; given and family names are optional and are never guessed from your display name. Scanner and contacts-app support varies, including how blank structured names and notes are displayed. This tool does not validate that a phone number or email belongs to someone.
All details are generated locally and are not saved automatically. Anyone with the QR or VCF can read the included information. Editing a field removes stale downloads. Clear all removes the current fields and example undo from this page; existing downloads and clipboard content remain. No contact is added to your address book automatically.
Keep the card easy to scan
Include only useful details. This tool limits encoded content to 1,500 UTF-8 bytes and keeps at least four PNG pixels per QR module. Multilingual text may use several bytes per character. Use a larger PNG or shorten the note when asked.
Format reference: vCard 3.0 specification (RFC 2426). This tool explicitly exports version 3.0; it does not claim to implement the newer vCard 4.0 format.
