A shortcut to a message draft
Enter the full international phone number and an optional short message. Generate and review the draft, then download PNG for screens or SVG for print. Copy or download the encoded text when you need to inspect the QR content.
Test before sharing
This tool does not send messages, open a messaging app or check whether a number can receive SMS. Scanner and messaging-app support varies, including whether the message is prefilled. Try a scan on the intended phones before printing. The standard sms: format is a URI; SMSTO is an alternative recognized by ZXing-based scanners, not a universal messaging link.
International numbers and privacy
Use + followed by country code and number, with 3–15 digits total and no leading zero in the country code. Local numbers, short codes and extensions need a different workflow. Formatting is checked, but the number's assignment and availability are not verified. Message text and line breaks are preserved.
Anyone with the QR can read its number and message. Processing stays in this browser and no draft is saved automatically. Editing invalidates old downloads. Clear all removes the current fields and example undo; it cannot remove earlier downloads or clipboard content.
Keep the code readable
Encoded content is limited to 1,500 UTF-8 bytes; this is a QR limit, not an SMS segment or billing estimate. Unicode and punctuation can expand in a standard link. Choose a larger PNG or shorten the message if it is too dense, and keep the white border when printing.
