HTML to PDF

Turn document HTML into a clean, printable PDF. Preview headings, tables and images locally, choose your paper layout, then save through your browser.

Your HTML document

Paste markup or drop a UTF-8 HTML file here. Up to 2 MiB. Processing stays on your device.

Edit HTML source

Headings, tables, lists, inline formatting and embedded PNG/JPEG images are supported. Scripts, remote resources and stylesheet blocks are omitted. Review the changes below before printing.

Page setup

Your preview will appear below.

From HTML to a printable document

  1. Paste HTML or choose a UTF-8 .html file. Try the sample to explore formatting first.
  2. Choose paper, orientation, margins and a default typeface. Prepare the preview and review any omitted content.
  3. Open Print / Save as PDF and select your browser’s PDF destination. Check every page before saving.

What is preserved?

Document structure includes headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, emphasis and preformatted text. Basic inline colors, typography, spacing, alignment and page-break styles are retained. PNG and JPEG images must be embedded as base64 data URLs. Links become ordinary text. Multilingual text uses fonts installed on your device.

Which HTML works best?

This tool is for document markup such as reports, letters and simple invoices. It does not fetch a website URL or reproduce an interactive website. JavaScript, forms, embedded frames, SVG, external resources, stylesheet blocks and advanced CSS are omitted. A preparation report makes those changes visible. Your original source remains editable. Use Edit source or Page setup from the preview. Undo changes restores your source, settings and prepared document after edits, replacement or Clear; preparing a new preview ends that recovery.

Privacy and limits

Files stay in memory on your device. Source parsing runs in a cancellable local worker. Limits are 2 MiB of HTML, 100,000 text characters, 10,000 nodes, 128 nesting levels, and 10 embedded images totaling 12 million pixels. Very tall documents are rejected before printing. The preview is isolated without scripts or network images.

Browsers control PDF saving, pagination and print settings. For saved web pages that rely on external CSS, use that page’s own browser print feature for closer fidelity. No PDF is claimed to be downloaded until you save it in the print dialog.
