Check the vacancy’s instructions. A CV can be more detailed than a resume, but length should serve the application.

Readable sections

The output uses a single column, standard headings and selectable text. Sections appear in the displayed order, with extended sections after education. EURES describes Europass CV tools; this tool uses its own plain layout. It is not an official Europass document and does not claim universal ATS compatibility or hiring outcomes. Privacy and limits

Preview, text and PDF generation stay in your browser. PDF runs in a local worker with timeout and cancellation. Save stores this CV in this browser profile only; its draft is separate from the resume builder’s draft. Clear form and saved draft removes the CV draft and current entries. Avoid saving personal details on shared devices. Downloaded files remain until you remove them; browser autofill/restoration is controlled by browser settings.

Each field has a character limit; total CV content is limited to 24,000 characters and PDF output to 20 pages. The built-in PDF font supports Western European text. Unsupported characters produce an explicit error without dropping them; Unicode TXT and browser Print / Save as PDF remain available where supported. Browser printing may use different pagination and fonts. No DOCX, automatic citation checking, external AI or employer submission.

Should I include a photo or personal identifiers?

This template does not include a photo, birth date or government identifier. Add only contact information relevant to the application, and follow the recipient’s requirements.

Can I import the resume builder draft?

The two tools keep separate drafts. Copy relevant text into this CV and add the extended sections. Loading a CV draft replaces current CV entries.
